I don't think mind reading is physically possible, but there are things we can do to make it think as if somebody's mind is being read through like cues (emotions, words, body language, etc.) But I think I heard something about the adaptations in neuroscience will soon be "high tech enough" to do something like mind reading!
From my understanding, we humans cannot physically "read people's minds." Still, it doesn't explain those gut feelings you have when you know what your friend/family member is thinking at the moment. Also, I have seen a documentary about conjoined twins being able to finish each other's sentences-- I wonder if this has to do with mind reading!
